To help you through what can be an inconvenient time, or to simply make the experience of having work carried out on your car a lot less stressful, we offer the following customer services, which are designed to make the process that little bit easier for you.:

  • 24 hour recovery service available, for all eventualities. For 24 hour recovery please call 0191 236 5904.
  • Collection and delivery to and from your desired location between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm.
  • Delivery point for courtesy cars provided from insurers, or alternatively to one of our Audi Centres.
  • Free work estimate offered on appointment
  • Quality Control Checkpoints are employed prior to delivery to ensure the vehicles are ready for collection.
  • Direct liaisons with Tyneside Audi, Newcastle Audi, Teesside Audi and Wearside Audi should you need to purchase a new vehicle.

Accident Management Programme

In the event of an accident or damage to your vehicle where you are not at fault you may be entitled to a replacement like-for-like courtesy car. By contacting our Accident Management Team they will look after all the arrangements. Even if your insurance company will not provide you with a replacement car - WE WILL.

Cosmetic Repair Service

Minor vehicle damage is inevitable during the life of a car. Our Cosmetic Repair Service provides an alternative repair method whilst still maintaining quality standards that you require. It is a quick, cost-effective way to have repairs undertaken.

We will carry out these repairs at any of our 4 North East Audi Centres for your convenience, for instance when your car is booked in for regular servicing or repair work.

  • Alloy wheel refurbishment

Lifestyle

We will consider all body modifications from subtle to major modifications.

We provide all the latest body-kits from the Prestige Manufacturers or if you supply your own kit we will fit it for you.

All body-kits are fully secured, braced and sealed and sides-kirts are fully-flushed to ensure a professional look.
