    Follow A19 from the Tyne Tunnel, and take the exit for the A193. At the roundabout turn right, take the 3rd exit and continue to another roundabout. Turn left at this roundabout into the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate. Take your first left in the estate; the Paint and Body Centre will be on your right.
  • From A19 North
    Follow A19 from the North, and take the exit for the A193. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and continue to another roundabout. Turn left at this roundabout into the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate. Take your first left in the estate; the Paint and Body Centre will be on your right.
  • From A1058 (City Centre)
    Following the Coast Road (A1058) East, exit at the junction signposted for the Silverlink Retail Park. At the roundabout turn right, taking the 3rd exit for the A19 South. Take the first exit for the A193. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and continue to another roundabout. Turn left at this roundabout into the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate. Take your first left in the estate; the Paint and Body Centre will be on your right.
  • From A1058 (The Coast)
    Following the Coast Road (A1058) West, exit at the junction signposted for the Silverlink Retail Park. At the roundabout turn left, taking the exit for the A19 South.
