Terms & Conditions

Driver acceptance criteria:

  • Age 25 to 75 inclusive. Full valid UK or EU licence held for at least 12 months, which permits the customer to drive in the UK.
  • Age 23 to 24 inclusive. Full valid UK or EU licence held for at least 24 months, which permits the customer to drive in the UK.
  • No disqualifications or more than 9 penalty points accrued in the last 3 years.
  • No drivers that have ever been banned with conviction codes; UT, DD, DR, BA
  • No more than 2 fault claims in the last 3 years.
  • Professional sports persons, entertainers, unemployed, itinerant and fairground workers excluded.
  • No letter box or out of hours returns.
  • Customer validation required to prove identity and home address details; original copy of driving licence and one other; passport, utility bill or similar.

All drivers must provide all parts of their valid driving licences as well as one other proof of identity such as passport or other official document (such as utility bill) with a printed home address. The address on the supporting ID must match the address on their licence to be insured.

All rental loans must be paid for on a Debit or Credit Card that is in the name of one of the drivers. No cash payments for hires are acceptable.
