North East Audi Accident Repair Centre is part of Colebrook and Burgess Motor Group which also includes Newcastle Audi, Teesside Audi, Tyneside Audi, Wearside Audi.

Colebrook and Burgess has operated a bodyshop since 1990 and after a massive investment and expansion programme we opened our new state-of-the-art paint and body centre on the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate in June 2003 which was rebranded North East Audi Accident Repair Centre in July 2010.

North East Audi Accident Repair Centre has a 36 bay capacity and is staffed with a highly committed workforce who ensure that the exacting standards of Audi are met at all times.

As a Volkswagen Group Approved Bodyshop we are fully equipped to VW Standards with VW-trained Technicians and only use genuine parts and paint so that we meet your expectations.

Our qualified team of estimators are also fully trained by Volkswagen Group and use the very latest technology, the Audatex and Glassmatix estimating systems which ensures that we do our very best to provide our customers with a high standard service first time, on time, every time.

North East Audi Accident Repair Centre is recognised as an approved vehicle repair centre by AXA and Allianz, two of the country's leading insurance companies, although Audi drivers do not need to be customers of these companies to have their cars repaired here.
